Overview
A CMS (content managment system) developed for dynamic web sites. ICD is short for idip Content Deployer.

Also it is worth mentioning that, unlike other software of this kind, the URLs in the site don't contain "?" or "&", to be indexed without any problems by search engines like Yahoo or MSN (in ICD you can set the page's URL id; ex: about-us.htm).
The ICD application was developed and customized for the idip Romania company and its clients.
